Each of us has our own personal way of doing and experiencing trance & self-hypnosis with their own technics (system). “Why is this important?” you may ask…

You already have a system (function) in place – established by you – that you utilize to conduct yourself throughout your days. This system is without a doubt hypnotic and it has within it techniques – or what I refer to as HypnoTechnics – a system of techniques that work for you on your behalf consciously and unconsciously.

NeuroTrancework™ is primarily related to identifying and working with the ‘neurophenomena’ we do or have done that creates/leads to the so-called trances we go in and out of and those we live and do through/within.

It is about breaking down/out the ‘hypnotic’ techniques and talents/gifts the person does/has/is doing that lead to the experience/behavior/etc. and how we go about forming trance (which are really brain-states)… learning about HOW we (can and do) trans-form ourselves by experiences, process by process, trance by trance. Also, teaching the hypnotic techniques primarily versus learning a lot of inductions, integrating the NeuroTrance™, NLP, Neurocise®, etc. we will enhance our abilities, including our hypnotic abilities.

Elvis Lester has studied, practiced and mastered hypnosis over the time span of 35 years. He has invested thousands of hours learning from the masters including Dr. Richard Bandler who awarded Elvis the designation of Licensed Master Trainer of NLP In Hypnosis in 2008 & Licensed NLP Change Master in 2007. Elvis has studied NLP as an application Hypnosis, DHE® (Design Human Engineering® - Level 9) and NLP with Dr. Bandler for 35+ years and has taken Basic, Intermediate and Advanced training from the Milton Erickson Institute (Phoenix, AZ) training with such notables as Jeffrey Zeig, Michael Yapko, Ernest Rossi, Stephen Gilligan, Stephen Lankton and Brent Geary.

He has fervently absorbed and invested himself in the study of Dr. Milton Erickson and has visited the Erickson Multimedia Archives to immerse himself in Milton Erickson's collected and life's work.

He has developed his entrancing voice and hypnotic technics through hours and hours of recording sessions in his Neurocise® Studios and work with countless clients over the past 35+ years in private practice. His experience is phenomenal and his enthusiasm and commitment to the power of hypnosis in healing is striking.
