LAST NIGHT’S WEBINAR RECOMMENDATION!!!
Having just finished the first webinar titled "The Power of Disassociation, Association & Dissociation" in Elvis's new webinar series, I'm feeling my brain making all sorts of new connections. That one left me with a lot broader perspective on not only how to approach working with clients using the principles taught, but also in working with my own thought processes and mental & emotional activities.
The idea that we need to apply these learnings to ourselves is something that's so obvious when we changeworkers and tranceworkers go and start training and learning these models. But what I really love about Elvis is how seamlessly he drives home the underlying principles at work within the models... and how simple and easy it is, and how important it is, to use them to train your own brain to be more intentional and directed toward the good and positive outcomes you have set up for yourself.
The idea that we need to apply these learnings to ourselves is something that's so obvious when we changeworkers and tranceworkers go and start training and learning these models. Ultimately, as a result of just this one webinar, I've had Ah-ha after Ah-ha and am FAR more equipped to work through whatever comes my way, whether that be something personal going on inside my mind, my life or in relation to serving my coaching clients (which I work in relapse prevention and guess what? A big issue these people have is their habit of associating into the negative).

Elvis has a way of teaching us to honor our memories and identify the negative, sometimes cathartic emotion that’s associated with the memory. While strong emotions arise,

In August 2011 in Florida, I saw one of the craziest hypnotic trance experiences I'd ever seen to date. About 100+ people, myself very much included, in a state of trance so deep people looked like they were under the influence of some sort of magical hallucinogens. When they emerged, it took a few minutes to reorient to waking consciousness. One of the "non-participatory" type (you know the few MDs or execs who come to a hypnosis event but don't like to be put into trance) was exclaiming how he "tasted a strawberry from when I was 4!!" to anyone who would listen.
I've been in trance thousands of times. This - was different. I was at one of Richard Bandler's events, and on the last day, there were different "modules" in the event which each attendee could choose from. One was a Bodywork Module, there was a second I don't quite remember, and a third was a "Changework" Module. Interestingly, each was led by a designated expert in that area.
Naturally my first question was - Who on earth would be skilled enough to be the designated Changework Expert at a Richard Bandler event? I've heard a LOT of people try to compare themselves to Bandler, but I haven't quite seen anyone come close to measuring up to some of the things I've seen him do personally - and be gracious enough to personally guide me in, in regards to fighting (straight up - the guy REALLY knows his stuff about fighting performance, unsurprisingly).
Well, I found out who the Changework Wizard was when I took that module, and entered into that trance, which still fascinates me well over a decade later. Elvis Lester.
Simply put - this guy knows so much about hypnosis & NLP it's unreal. The stories are so astounding I really cannot even relay them adequately, I'll just give you a slight idea.
Probably three quarters of the people I've referred to him on a trauma-based issue cannot mention his name without tearing up, in absolute adoration of the man who helped them so much, so quickly.
He's the only person I've met who anchors SO MUCH to his voice in so many ways - Get entranced by Elvis once, it'll probably take a few seconds the next time.
His ability to process information through your voice alone will absolutely blow you away. For every three minutes you speak with him, the man knows you twice as well.
His knowledge of NLP, hypnosis, Ericksonian hypnosis, quite simply dwarf that of most hypnotists practicing today. Though, you'll never hear it from him. Because as incredibly skilled as he is - bragging isn't his game. Because even more impressive than his skill is the dedication he has to his clients and students.
Within a few minutes of working with him - You get the very rare and distinct sense that he cares about your successful outcomes MORE than you do. I have no other way to explain it. But he is SO intensely driven by bringing you to your best outcome, that it's absolutely palpable.
I've had conversations with him and a friend and he can covertly put any party in the conversation out like a light, while everyone else is wide awake. Entirely covertly. He can drop metaphors in specific timeframes that you might not pick up for 30 seconds, or 30 days.
A friend of mine mentioned that "All of a sudden you start having these BRILLIANT ideas, and he convinces you that you thought of them yourself" lol. If you work with him, you'll know exactly what that means. I've had numerous occasions where I've admittedly had perhaps a BREAKTHROUGH brilliant idea - only to realize, "Wait.. I think Elvis was telling me something about that.. I don't quite remember" lol.
But - more than anything, and please do pay special attention to this: He is VERY seriously about getting you to be your best self as a hypnotist. It took me a while to write this but I wanted to be very clear that working with Elvis is an absolute game-changer in your hypnosis life. In fact, I think that the highest and best offering and contribution that I can offer to the world of hypnosis is introducing him to those of you who haven't met him yet. As I mentioned, he's more Ninja than loud marketer, and some of the work he's done will absolutely astound you.
But what he can do for you in a coaching capacity, or a training capacity - He earns my highest designation, which is "Throw all of your money at him." He's THAT influential in how you will be performing.
He also will train you to the highest levels with ZERO ego. And he will truly help you breakthrough to a new level. One of his skills is very quickly identifying your superpower - and he will show you how to take it to another level.
There is literally so much more I can say about Elvis, but - I trust you will find out yourself. But just remember one thing, if you're a hypnotist and you take to heart anything I say, let it be this: Let Elvis take you through a trance or two, and enlist some of his personal training/coaching. You will be different.
Ahh, and one story I absolutely have to share. When I got my ESRD diagnosis over a year ago, I had been vomiting for about 10 days straight, and I had to pull over on the side of the freeway because I was having extreme cramps that felt like they'd break my femur. I - was sick. When I was in the E.R., they told me just a little while longer, and it could have been a Josh-free world. Interestingly, it got SO much worse once they started loading me up with meds, many of which I clearly explained to them I'd have an adverse reaction toward.
It was literally the worst I'd ever felt in my life. So who do you call when you're in a place like this? Well, if you're smart, and you REALLY want to feel better - You get hold of Elvis. And I did.
Within 15 minutes - I felt like I was floating on a cloud. With a better high than any painkiller you've ever taken. And I felt so incredibly at peace, I almost felt like I left the planet and might've been in some version of heaven. Really - his trances are - just another universe.

I might add that he's the only hypnotist I know who has multiple "1 of 1" certifications from Richard Bandler's organization - meaning certifications that were created just for him, and he's the only one who holds it. I believe "Licensed Master of NLP in Hypnosis" is one of the designations, but I'll have to double check.
He's just.. he's really, really, REALLY good. And even more concerned with getting you to YOUR best.

For those of you interested in hypnosis and related change work or therapeutic techniques, I recently attended Elvis Lester’s EME workshop. I thought some of you might be enjoy learning a bit more about it and where I think it fits in with hypnosis, NLP, and other eye movement modalities (e.g. EMDR, EMI, IEMT, Brainspotting, and the like).
In short, I quite liked it and found it a very complete modality that also blends well with other modalities. If you know hypnosis or NLP, this is a technique that can rather effortlessly incorporate those or be used in conjunction with one another. If you don’t, this is a technique that stands up on its own very nicely. I think it shares some commonalities with other eye movement modalities, however I think Elvis has done a lot of research and field work to make this arguably more evolved and potentially richer and more complex. More on that in a bit.
On its own, EME can be a very simple technique. It uses the eye movements and where the client “accesses” or represents things, such as unwanted emotions or negative events, and then changes the representation of them. This allows the client to take what was a problem and change the representation, and in doing to it no longer affects them in the same way.
There are also components of dissociation, integration, and temporal shifts. These are components that appear unique to this modality and really make it stand out. By dissociation, the process has the client identify where the feeling or representation is in the body, bring it out of the body, and give it a visual representation. By doing so, the formerly felt/associated issue becomes something apart from the client and in a different representation. That makes it much more malleable and interactive, is I think is something special. This is where there is potential for some real exploration and experimentation as you can play with submodalities, change the representation and its location, or even utilize the arm catalepsy that can form from them moving and holding the representation out in space. Temporally, Elvis does an eloquent job with placing the item in different times in the person’s timeline.
I will note even “just” using eye movements to change the client’s representation of the event or problem is quite powerful. EMDR has quite a bit of research showing its efficacy. I have experienced Andrew T. Austin’s IEMT and found it similar to Steve Andreas’ EMI, albeit more refined, and for me it was surprisingly effective. So this is not a slight on those modalities. However, the integration of the client’s own body movements and interacting with the representation directly makes EME feel a bit different, and my impression after learning it and experiencing it is that it’s a more complete modality overall. It really takes what I've seen in other eye movement techniques, which again already work, and then takes them further incorporating much, much more. This is genuinely something I have never seen before.
This is something where I can tell you the pieces, however the way he has put it all together really does become something unique and elegant. EME genuinely seems greater than the sum of its parts, and I found Elvis did a great job in demonstrating and explaining what he was doing and why. More than that, there is some real artistry in his approach. It's not simply adding more, it's doing things for specific reasons based on sound practice.
In regards to the class, I found it had a very nice balance of lecture and hands-on learning. Elvis begins with a lot of information about the brain and what led to the development of the technique, which is a nice primer for how the technique developed, and then does a lot of interactive teaching and demoing. I found that effective on the student side of things, and given the wealth of information given I really appreciate the available replays. It is also worth knowing that Elvis is a longtime student and trainer under NLP co-founder Richard Bandler, and when you talk to him you also learn he clearly has a lot of knowledge relevant to NLP, hypnosis, and how the brain works. This all seems to contribute to allowing EME to integrate seamlessly with those other modalities, and with having elements of those modalities already hardwired in.
In short, I came away legitimately impressed. I think it’s a very well-constructed and well-researched technique with a lot of time and energy put into its development. The demos were very effective, and it all felt very complete. Reportedly in the full certification course you will also learn how to use EME for a myriad of uses and in different ways, and I can see how this can be used to great effect. Even this shorter course offered a great foundation in this technique and I found it well worth taking. More than that, I think it's definitely worth using and can be done with clients as well as for your own personal change.

True and authentic teachers really do exist. That man and teacher is Elvis Lester. For years, I have researched and obtained impressive information regarding programs related to both HYPNOSIS and NLP. I joined as well as attended conferences and trainings in association with The American Society of Clinical Hypnosis, The Florida Society of Clinical Hypnosis, and Rapid Resolution Therapy, earning certification in each. I continuously left each training feeling a lack of understanding, a deficiency in experiential learning and basically a waste of money. The conferences were usually large in number leaving little time for questioning or practice. The determining factor of what you learned was dependent on the chosen presenters. During one program, the presenter was abrasive and insulting to the point that some people felt humiliated and walked out.
Elvis Lester changed that for me and many others through his intensive weekend trainings. This man is a true master teacher who has spent many years working and studying with Richard Bandler (NLP), and mastering the techniques of hypnosis used by Milton Erikson. Elvis breaks down a wealth of information in a form and manner that is demonstrated and easily understood and practiced with his students. He answers all of your questions, never giving anyone the sense that he didn’t have time to address what was asked. I spoke with many in the group who also had previously attended some of the above mentioned trainings, and felt the same.
Elvis will explain and teach you principles, terminology, inductions and various techniques. He demonstrates them for you as well as with you. He closely observes and critiques the students while they are practicing on one another. Priceless! Besides that, as importantly if not more so, Elvis is the most respectful, considerate and compassionate individual that I have met in this field at his level of expertise and experience.
He is the real deal! Truly genuine as well as a generous man and teacher, which is so rare to find in today’s world. I only wish someone had informed me years ago of the opportunity to learn with the best. I would have saved much time and money and much further advanced.
I write this for all of you who will have the opportunity to avoid the mistakes which I have made. There are gimmicks and certificates to hang on your wall and then there are true Life Master Teachers.

Throughout the course, Elvis presented skills so comprehensibly and with simplicity which increased my confidence and knowledge with Hypnosis. Elvis continues to astonish me with his teachings; no matter how many trainings I have had with Elvis, his teaching is never the same and I always learn innovative approaches and acquire added information about Hypnosis.

TranceMastery comprised learning about Milton Erickson (Father of American Hypnosis) strategies in Hypnosis Inductions; how to communicate with the unconscious/conscious mind to aid a person with their desire outcome; and how language is so powerful in understanding how a person communicates to themselves. Elvis showed repeatedly how specific behaviors are masterfully installed, but was processed adversely for years—yes, for years. Elvis revealed how these behaviors created by one are so habitual and completely unconscious to the person.
In addition, I learned more about Ericksonian Language Patterns and Forms of Indirect suggestion; more information on Presuppositions; comprehensive and thoroughly learning and understanding varieties of Hypnotic Phenomena and how to use these Phenomena, and much, much more.
I want to leave you with this information about my individual experiences of why Elvis Lester continues to motivate me to return to his trainings. One key factor is I am fascinated with Hypnosis and how I unequivocally have seen people change their negative & limiting states and transform to an empowered, blissful and free person. Another key factor is I have a fervent desire to become expert in Hypnosis.
Elvis has a teaching style of eloquence, demonstrates an elevated level of competence in the field of in Hypnosis, brings enthusiasm and energy with his presentations, is a skillful orator, and shows great ingenuity when attendees present “problem state/issues.” Elvis provides informative and interesting demonstrations tailored for personal and professional utilization and delivers with humor and grace. He demonstrates great sincerity and warmth and care for others and freely coaches others when they are seeking change in their personal life.

This training was so much more than a training, it was an opportunity to learn one of the most effective skills meeting a group that feels like family. The material and practice that we had during the training made me really learn the content of the training. It was very helpful to practice even though when i thought i couldn't, i realized after I could :)
A family that shares the passion of helping others having compassion and kindness to share and trust each other in the little time we spend with each other. It fascinated me the fact that 1 hypnosis session for me is about 5 counseling sessions, the patient responds and makes so much progress while results and feelings are positive rather talking about the negative.

I've been to hundreds of trainings that promise to provide skills to use with clients. Most are disappointing and a waste of time. The Neurocise Training is a complete 180 from these. I went to the training knowing nothing about NLP, or any of Elvis' theories.
The training really challenged me and opened up a whole new world of possibilities to use with clients. I feel like I've just scratched the surface of what I would like to learn in the very near future. I look forward to learning more from Elvis and becoming proficient at the skills he teaches. He is so passionate about helping people and teaching. His energy is endless!

Now, as I’ve been attending the Supervision/Practicum sessions, I am seeing even more growth. The difference is… my clients are really seeing it too. They remark that they feel and see a difference and I feel more satisfied as a therapist that I have done good work with them.

Having just finished the first webinar titled "The Power of Disassociation, Association & Dissociation" in Elvis's new webinar series, I'm feeling my brain making all sorts of new connections. That one left me with a lot broader perspective on not only how to approach working with clients using the principles taught, but also in working with my own thought processes and mental & emotional activities. The idea that we need to apply these learnings to ourselves is something that's so obvious when we changeworkers and tranceworkers go and start training and learning these models.
But what I really love about Elvis is how seamlessly he drives home the underlying principles at work within the models...and how simple and easy it is, and how important it is, to use them to train your own brain to be more intentional and directed toward the good and positive outcomes you have set up for yourself.

Teaching clients to appreciate information that comes from experiences or from personal expressions as valuable and to use it. Whatever comes up is what we focus on.
The webinar taught us how our brains work for us and not against us. Using the Cooperative Approach, clients identify how they feel and learn how to put into action what they want to feel. You presented how practitioners learn to work and communicate with the brain by giving the self permission to get into the feeling desired.

I was reminded of what I was taught in Graduate School about Human Behavior and it is a shame these techniques are not taught. I’ve been asked on occasions why do I continue attending trainings conducted by Elvis Lester. Typically, my response is, I continue to learn new approaches and/or become even more proficient with techniques I’ve previously learned. I find that Elvis has a wealth of information and expertise in the areas of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis, Neurocise and many other domains.
Elvis is not only a trainer, but he has an aspiration to teach what he has learned over his past 30 years or so. As I convey Elvis’ character as a trainer, I can only describe him as passionate teacher, genuine, compassionate regarding others, makes learning fun and powerful in demonstrating how a person can have an immediate transformation for the betterment.
Elvis taught Eye Movement as a technique to aid in making changes easily and quickly for person(s). Elvis demonstrated these techniques with participants, to include myself. In my case, I had Auditory Digital (Ad) & Kinesthetic (K) mixed state (communication) which was increasing frustration and confusion within me, which in turn, hindered me from reaching a positive and confident State.
During my demonstration, Elvis was discussing with us how to separate internal representational systems cueing (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic—VAK) in order to have a clear path to better understand one’s experience. After Elvis presented this information to all, Elvis then asked me what do I notice now about my State. It was then that I realized how calm I became with no frustration or confusion. What had happened was the Ad channel was cleared as well as the Kinesthetic representational channel just by Elvis’ conversation about Eye Movement. Incredible! I say yes! What further proof do I need that EME works and how quickly this transformation took.
My takeaway from this training is I learned how to be precise and attentive to detect “what’s going on” with the person in front of me through Eye Movements. In addition, I acquired an even better insight on how to separate not-so-good internal representations, clear all sensory channels so one can communicate and understand one’s present circumstances along with many other eye movement techniques.
No matter how often I attend Elvis’ trainings, I noticed Elvis continues to present new and/or advanced strategies which have allowed me to continually exceed and excel in my learnings and increase my abilities.
Elvis has proven to me many times over that what he teaches is pragmatic and without a doubt very effective for fast and powerful changes in an individuals’ life, to include myself as well.

What fascinates me about this EMERGE model is how much more effective and simpler it is compared to EMDR. I am an EMDR practitioner and with the many NLP and Neurocise models I learned from Elvis I found no need to continue using EMDR techniques. For me, the difference in EMERGE model and EMDR is EMERGE constructs a permanent change, not just desensitizing the problem with saccadic eye movements, which I’ve noticed eventually, the “problem” resurfaces mostly due to not completely resolving the issue at hand in the first place.
I continue to attend Elvis’ trainings because when I complete a training, I leave with new strategies to and knowledge which strengthens my abilities so to serve others in need.

Thank you Elvis Lester for another powerful and stimulating training. I believe that Neurocise, NeuroPointing, & Eye-Pointing training are such valuable skills to learn as it creates an even more remarkable and amazing effect for Personal Transformation.
I was fascinated to CONSCIOUSLY gain the awareness to identify how my brain influences visual (eye-pointing), auditory and kinetically simultaneously (synesthesia).
This training showed me how to become precise and intentionally mindful in how my being/behavior is in direct response to information I put in my brain. Elvis has an expression “your brain is working perfectly fine” meaning: my brain is doing what I tell it to do. Once I became more aware and in tune with this information, I learned I can now choose a way to change ANY “not so good” thought/behavior I want. This for me is pretty powerful.

I have been to several of Elvis’ trainings. Elvis is undeniably an expert in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis and Neurocise, NeuroPointing and Eye-Pointing. Elvis teaches effective and practical techniques & skills with credibility, symbolizes a high level of expertise, and generates energy and enthusiasm to want to learn even more. I went to a training called Emerge & Eye Movement Emergence in Tampa, Florida and the Presenter’s name was Mr. Elvis Lester. This training was unbelievable, yet believable by the time the training ended.
Elvis’ focus was on teaching how to have more accuracy in calibrating how individuals are communicate through body language (sympathetic/parasympathetic) and how each person process information internally/externally thru eye movement (Visually, Auditorily, Kinesthetically, Olfactory and Gustatory (VAKOG) and hand gestures. Elvis’s training was extremely detailed which helped me heighten my awareness to identify ones communication strategy.
Personally, I think the dynamic tool Elvis used was employing participants with their life situations presenting in group their not-so-good (NSG) condition that disturb them. I was fortune to be part of these demonstrations. I had a specific concern in my life and was responding in an alarming fashion. Interesting was I did not have to provide details of my concern-content free. Elvis revealed to me how I evaluated the information through Eye Accessing, and through sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system (body languages/responses). I can only say it was amazing and profound.
With Elvis detailing, step by step numerous exercises my reaction to this new learning was enthusiasm and astonished on how easy it is to identify how a person really communicates to self and others.
Mr. Elvis Lester is a dynamic and an incredibly knowledgeable person in the field of Neurocise.
Elvis, thank you very much for the opportunity to be part of this training. I am anticipating to participate in future training(s) in Neurocise - Eye Movement Emergence – EyePointing & NeuroPointing training.

I have been training and doing my own personal change work with Elvis Lester for 2 1/2 years and every time I take courses with him, or sit as a client with him, I am overwhelmed with awe because of what he brings to both students and clients. He continues to develop an amazing change model in EMERGE and Neurocise that I’ve benefited from and have been able to bring very successfully to my clients.
Elvis is able to really convey his concepts in a intelligent, fun and effective way. I highly recommend him as an instructor and as a counselor/coach or both!! Finding Elvis has been a pivotal point in my life and I will be forever grateful. Ask any of my friends and they will tell you I am such a different person than I was two years ago. Look him up, I guarantee you will not regret it.

I have just completed Elvis’s 3 part EMERGE training, and it was amazing, life changing. Elvis is excellent at engaging his audience. Elvis is great at simultaneously teaching a beginning student and building upon concepts his advanced students are already working with. Through years of study, practice and training, Elvis has created many models to easily teach his students how to help their clients make life changing shifts.
Within the EMERGE (eye movement emergence reemergence and guided expression) intensive trainings the models of Neurocise, Eyepointing & NeuroPointing are also touched upon as well as NLP and trance work.

Elvis is excellent at presenting the overall picture, through education and demonstration, he breaks down the concepts in workable interventions that you can immediately apply to your on practice. Throughout the trainings, there are also plenty of opportunities to practice the model and ask questions.
Elvis is also amazing at reading the room, and bringing in whatever it is his class would benefit from to solidify the learning experience. Elvis’s students, through demonstrations are also able to personally experience the shifts through the EMERGE models that they will be able to implement with their own clients. I have personally grown as a clinician through working with Elvis and have watched my classmates grow as well.
